Morrell Neighborhood School is a Pre-K Counts program (free to those that qualify) affiliated with Greater Johnstown School District, operated by Cambria County Child Development Corporation.  This program is a PA Academic School serving 4 year-old children in Cambria County.  Busing provided to those living in GJSD.  Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is provided.*
